To extend this ethical ethos to the buying and selling of property as well.The Author

Ethical Property Company seems different to this idea. To quote their site, "the company buys properties and develops them as centres that bring charities, co-operatives, community and campaign groups together under one roof where they can share skills and ideas. Groups in The Ethical Property Company's centres benefit from reasonable rents, flexible tenancy terms and office space and facilities designed to meet their needs. " This is slightly different from an ethical property management service as laid out above.....

Subject: Ethical estate agents
I like the idea of an ethical estate agents: I would pay extra to use an estate agent who abided by certain codes of practice and made their clients do the same eg. clients enter a contract promising not to gazump or pull out of a sale.
