My 'foundation', 'll aim to solve: hunger. It 'll concentrate, on: the '3rd world' and the world's poorest people. It'll ONLY work on: 'providing - food, water and shelter to the world's poorest people'!!The Social Invention
People 'll hopefully, donate to us, On- line. Anyone who donates, 'll know exactly where their money goes and can request this information, if necessary. 1% 'll go to me, 9%, to my co's, to employ people (if I can get my 'desired' companies up and running), 10%, 'll go to Governments of the countries, where the money 's going: if they don't improve the conditions of their poorest people, the money 'll be withdrawn. The remaining 80%, 'll go the people, who're starving/dying and need the help, desperately.The Author

This is nothing rich nations couldn't do themselves; they just don't want to. Lingering so-called '3rd world' debt is one of the biggest problems and world trade agreements stooped in the favour of rich nations is the next.

An idea with good intentions, except the bit about giving money to governments. IMHO, the money needs to be totally directed at those that desperately need it. Governments just waste money, period.

I agree with the last comment. The less the government of the country in which you are providing help knows about your scheme the better. I'm quite sure that some African countries would exploit your scheme to extract much more than your offered 10%. How will you find out who needs it most?

I agree with the last comment. The less the government of the country in which you are providing help knows about your scheme the better. I'm quite sure that some African countries would exploit your scheme to extract much more than your offered 10%. How will you find out who needs it most?
